The dust has settled and the League of Legends Season 2 World Championship has come to an end. Though viewed as the underdog, Taiwan’s Taipei Assassins destroyed South Korea’s Azubu Frost in a best of five set, 3-1. The matches (which are available on VOD now) may have been the main event, but even casual League of Legends fans would have had a blast at the World Finals at the Galen Center in Los Angeles.

As another Anime Expo passes by, the four day event’s insanity and horde of cosplayers have come and gone. Some of it was great, others not so much. To save you the time and turmoil of seeing generic Naruto and Bleach cosplayers, we’ve compiled our favorite photos of both booths and cosplayers. Some were well made, others had seemingly brought the characters to life, while a select few were simply too hilarious to pass up. With its recent exclusive release of Street Fighter IV, LG has been trying to publicize the game as much as possible, even running a worldwide tournament for both the Android game and Xbox 360 version of Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition ver. 2012. Before the world finals in South Korea, LG teamed up with Level|Up to run the US qualifiers this past weekend. We were there in all its competitive gaming, free food, and giveaway goodness.
